On Aug 15th, there will be a town hall with Protect Our Care and other progressive partners in Scranton, Pennsylvania. We must win the House back in 2026 to secure the House Majority and make President Trump a lame duck President. We want to hear from people directly impacted by Trump’s mass firings, the Republicans’ $880 billion in Medicaid cuts, and other egregious attacks by this administration and its allies.

A zine is a simple, single-page folded ‘instant’ book. This project will enable novices, children, the ‘I can’t draw a straight line’ crew, and anyone else to collage, write, illustrate, stamp, and create a small book that artistically conveys personal or social information. Artist Dale Emmart will be on site to assist in zine creation.
This meeting affords our Precinct Committee People an opportunity to discuss and vote on Party business. Full county meetings are open to all registered Democrats.

At around 1PM march to the newly opened Wayne County Democrats Headquarters, 102 10th Street and Main. There you can help support 3 local workers that were swept up in an ICE raid by buying baked goods and lemonade and see the new office space.
